Check in was a frustrating experience, taking too long with no other guests. The cleanliness of my second room was disappointing. it didn't look so clean and had an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the television in the first room I was assigned was non-functional, adding to my dissatisfaction.

the hotel is just a short stroll from Stratford Square Mall, perfect for a quick shopping spree, and it’s also close to Kline Creek Farm, where I enjoyed some beautiful park views during my stay, making it a great base for city explorations.

The queen room was spacious with clean amenities. I loved that it felt like a little home away from home!

The location was perfect for our large family with 4 teenagers. We loved the close access to hospitals like Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage. Plus, the nearby Stratford Square Mall was a hit for some shopping and fun during our stay.

My stay was pleasant at woodspring suites, the staff was helpful, especially during check-in. The room was perfect for my needs, clean and spacious It definitely exceeded my previous experience in carol stream.

It was just a strong match for a holiday in Carol Stream with incredible value for money. The room was spacious enough for a couple of nights, which was a definite plus. Bring your own ice if you need it, as the hotel doesn’t provide any.

I had a pretty nice stay, especially enjoying the spacious room and great housekeeping. However, the Wi-Fi was super slow when I was trying to stream. I'd come back!

Had an awesome time with my friends! We hit up the nearby mall for some shopping and enjoyed quick drives to Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Kline Creek Farm for some outdoor fun. The staff were super friendly, and our room was more than fine for our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a home base.

The only downsides were some minor cleanliness issues. A couple of us noticed the bathrooms could have used a deeper clean, which was a bit disappointing.
